Electrical Diagnosis and Troubleshooting
- Analysis of electrical and control technology faults
- Localization of errors in controls, drives, and interfaces
- Replacement and commissioning of electrical and electronic components
- Verification of the functionality of the processed machines and systems
Control and Drive Technology
- Working with modern PLC, drive, and safety systems, especially Siemens TIA Portal
- Inputting and updating parameters and software versions
- Error analysis and diagnosis on machine controls
- Implementation of technical adjustments to control and drive systems
Commissioning and Remote Diagnosis
- Electrical commissioning of machines and special equipment
- Performing remote diagnoses and technical support via remote access
- Evaluation of machine and diagnostic data
- Derivation of suitable measures for repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Deployment Preparation and Documentation
- Independent preparation and follow-up of service assignments
- Creation of service, commissioning, and additional reports
- Coordination with service, spare parts sales, development, design, and project planning
- Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or in a comparable electrotechnical profession
- Experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, or commissioning of machines and systems
- Knowledge in control, PLC, or drive technology
- Confident handling of electrical circuit diagrams
- Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal is an advantage
- Good English skills
