About the job:

We are looking for a person to join a global company in the automotive sector, which operates in vehicle management and commercialization, connecting customers, partners, and suppliers through digital solutions that support their operations. The person will be part of a team responsible for the evolution of corporate applications that support strategic business processes, working in a collaborative environment with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and the development of scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Technically lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of applications using .NET technologies;

Define and guide technical solutions, architecture, development patterns, and engineering best practices;

Develop, review, and ensure code quality in C# and .NET;

Implement, integrate, and guide the development and consumption of REST and SOAP APIs;

Develop and optimize queries, procedures, and integrations using SQL Server;

Act in the definition of solutions for integrations between systems and in the evolution of application architecture;

Perform code reviews, ensuring quality, security, performance, and adherence to technical standards;

Support the team in technical development, promoting mentorship, knowledge sharing, and best practices;

Identify technical risks, propose improvements, and act in the resolution of complex problems;

Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to the planning and definition of technical solutions;

Work in partnership with Product Owners, business areas, and other stakeholders, translating needs into technical solutions;

Contribute to the continuous evolution of the team's architecture, processes, and engineering practices.

Requirements:

Intermediate/Advanced English

Solid experience with .NET and C#;

Experience with ASP.NET MVC;

Experience with development and consumption of Web APIs (REST and SOAP);

Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, procedures, and query optimization;

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices;

Experience with code review, technical definition, and architectural decision-making;

Experience in technical leadership or acting as a technical reference for development teams;

Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum;

Experience with Jira and Confluence.
