Responsibilities:
Work on the creation of high-quality prototypes for validation and iteration.
Daily contact with stakeholders
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design throughout the product lifecycle.
Apply a data-driven mindset, using insights to inform and improve design decisions.
Assist in developing and conducting usability tests, A/B testing, and other research methodologies, ensuring continuous optimization of the user experience.
Build prototypes ranging from concept testing and rapid learning to final prototypes for solution development, with complete navigation flows and documentation;
Promote the design culture within the team.
Requirements:
Advanced English for Reading, Writing, and Conversation (C1);
Availability for sporadic national and international travel
Availability for temporary work (6 months) with the possibility of extension.
Market experience as a product designer
Clear and objective verbal and visual communication.
Solid experience in agile methodologies.
Experience in project management, preferably using agile methodologies.
Ability in risk management and tight deadlines;
Dynamic, proactive posture and sense of urgency;
Maturity to deal with rigid guidelines and design systems.
Data-driven mindset and ability to apply analytical insights to the design process.
Experience in developing and conducting usability tests.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
