Motion Designer/Video Producer

Your tasks

• Edit promotional videos, product/service videos, tutorials and short-form social media content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, captions and transitions that enhance storytelling.
• Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails and campaign graphics.
• Adapt content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with the Ileero Go brand.
• Support the creation of visual content for marketing campaigns and business communications.
• Review audience engagement and feedback to improve content performance.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion design and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop or Canva.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, composition and visual consistency.
• Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
• Creativity and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual concepts.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and respond positively to feedback.
