Technical Tendering Engineer

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements.

Prepare technical proposals, methodologies, execution plans, and tender deliverables .

Develop construction methodologies, project execution strategies, and work programs .

Prepare tender technical clarifications, compliance statements, technical schedules, and deviations .

Coordinate with estimation, planning, procurement, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure a complete and compliant tender submission.

Review project requirements and identify technical risks, assumptions, exclusions, and opportunities .

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and specialist consultants for technical information and compliance.

Prepare and organize technical submission packages in accordance with client/RFP requirements.

Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, well-structured, and professionally presented

0–5 years of relevant experience in technical tendering or proposal preparation.

Proven experience in infrastructure, roads, airports, earthworks, utilities, and major construction projects .

Strong ability to understand and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents .

Excellent technical writing, document preparation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ; knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera P6 is an advantage.

Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Saudi/GCC tendering experience is highly preferred
