Shop Drawing Production: Create accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings, panelization layouts, and installation details for GRC, GRP and GRG cladding systems using advanced modeling software (AutoCAD and Revit).
Sub-structure Coordination: Coordinate GRC panel joint locations, fixing details, steel sub-frames, brackets, and anchor bolts with the structural engineering team to ensure safe load distribution.
Technical Submittals: Prepare technical datasheets, method statements, compliance statements, and workshop files for consultant and client approvals.
Quantity Surveying & BOQ: Extract exact material quantities, mold surface areas, and panel counts from architectural drawings, and material take-off from 3D models for factory production & budgeting.
RFI & Clash Detection: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify interface conflicts/clashes and resolve them by raising Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
Factory & Site Coordination: Link the technical office with the GRC manufacturing plant and site installation teams to resolve technical site constraints.
