Quality Manager (M/F)

Ikiway is assisting an agri-food industrial player in Pas de Calais with the recruitment of its future Quality Manager. In a demanding and evolving industrial environment, you will take responsibility for the site's Quality function with a dimension that is both managerial, operational, and strategic.

The position:

Reporting to the Site Management, you will lead the quality and food safety approach and support an experienced team. Your responsibilities will notably include:

• steering the Quality and food safety management system;
• regulatory compliance, HACCP, hygiene, and risk management;
• analysis of non-conformities and steering corrective actions;
• continuous improvement and reduction of non-quality costs;
• management and development of your team;
• supporting operational teams in the evolution of practices;
• exchanges with the various functions of the site and the Group.

Profile sought:

With higher education, ideally in the agri-food industry, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Quality function with responsibilities. You have successful managerial experience and are comfortable in environments where Quality must work in close proximity to Production. Beyond your technical expertise, I am looking for a field-oriented, autonomous, and structured personality, capable of uniting people, supporting change, but also taking a stand and owning decisions when quality stakes require it. Fluent professional English is necessary for the position.
