Your daily routine: As a member of the store team, in collaboration with the Manager, you will:
- Ensure the overall visual result and level of inspiration within your areas of responsibility
- Ensure that through the design and implementation of the solutions you propose, your areas of responsibility are considered a source of inspiration by visitors
- Support the implementation of the store's Commercial Calendar as well as the actions provided by the headquarters
- Consult and follow the ΙΚΕΑ manuals as well as the directions provided by the central decoration department for every action concerning the decoration department
- Implement the store action plan as well as the action plan defined by the headquarters for all your areas of responsibility
- Personally commit to carrying out all assigned tasks responsibly, within the defined timelines and according to company routines
Required Qualifications: Your Qualifications
- Degree in interior design, architecture, industrial design, retail design, or a similar field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2-D/ Revit
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Customer service orientation
- Team spirit and good communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking supported by commercial ability and aesthetics
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
