Your daily routine:

• You ensure the efficient and smooth operation of facilities and equipment.
• You ensure the best possible customer service, always having the customer as your top priority.
• You implement all agreed actions that have been defined to improve Brand Capital, ICSS, and the 4-axis indicators.
• You ensure that all corporate, legal, and health & safety instructions are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times.
• You closely monitor, control, and improve all operational costs and performance indicators (KPIs) related to your area of responsibility.
• You select, develop, and maintain a motivated team of employees, capable of achieving the agreed goals.

Required Qualifications: Your Qualifications

• Very good use of MS Office
• Knowledge of English Language
• Higher Education degree in a related field of study.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative/managerial position, preferably in the retail industry.
• Good organization and correct prioritization
• Effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors
• Result orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of the retail market and industry trends.
• Additional knowledge of foreign languages
