Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the required turnover & profitability of the department, based on the set goals Contributing to the achievement of the department's goals Developing and maintaining a motivating team, capable of achieving goals Monitoring and taking actions to maximize the commercial KPIs of the department Ensuring the best possible customer service by following the Active Selling and Meet & Greet principles and focusing on the customer as the top priority Implementing all actions set for the further development of the IKEA brand Ensuring that all corporate & legal guidelines for health and safety are followed in all areas of responsibility at all times Regular monitoring, control, and improvement of operational expenses and the KPIs related to the area of responsibility
Required Qualifications: Good knowledge of the English language Good IT knowledge Experience in managing people and teams Ability to take initiative and problem-solving skills Commercial mindset and customer focus Good interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Desired Qualifications University Degree (preferably in Business Administration) At least 1 year of experience in a position of responsibility / management position Good knowledge of Microsoft Navision The People We Are Looking For
