Your Duties Reporting to the Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for: Contributing to highlighting IKEA as the first choice for furniture and home decoration solutions, as well as a key source of inspiration in the local market. Designing and implementing modern, seasonal, and commercially effective solutions at all customer touchpoints within the store. Ensuring that all Visual Merchandising and Interior Design activities support the business goals, the commercial calendar, and the company strategy. Improving the customer experience (Pulse CX), Brand Pulse, and the overall commercial image of the store through effective design and implementation. Compliance with all mandatory instructions, procedures, communication standards, legal requirements, and Health & Safety rules. Proposing innovative solutions that align with the IKEA philosophy, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and effective management of multiple projects and tight schedules. Required Qualifications:

Degree in interior design, architecture, industrial design, retail store design, or a similar field Knowledge of MS Office/Outlook-AutoCAD 2D Good knowledge of the English language Customer service orientation Effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors Team spirit and good communication Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, as well as organizational and planning skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage many different projects, and meet strict deadlines, taking initiative to achieve results. Creative thinking supported by commercial ability and aesthetics

Selection Process As part of the selection process, candidates will be asked to complete a skills test in AutoCAD 2-D.
