Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, your main responsibilities are: Ensuring excellent customer service Managing and developing an effective and collaborative team Implementing hygiene, safety, and quality procedures (ISO, HACCP) Participating in the improvement of the customer and employee experience Required Qualifications: Your Qualifications High School Diploma Valid Health Certificate Good knowledge of English & IT Ability to cooperate, manage crises, and communicate Experience in food retail or restaurant management
