Your missions within our logistics warehouse: The Logistics and Customer Satisfaction (CFF) function is at the heart of IKEA's omnichannel strategy, aiming to offer a seamless and high-quality customer experience, everywhere and for everyone. You will take part in this adventure by ensuring operational excellence and the performance of logistics units, while guaranteeing a healthy and stimulating working environment for our employees.

• Contribute to warehouse activities to optimize operational efficiency according to assigned missions.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-unit improvement initiatives at regional and national scales.
• Guarantee product availability and efficient execution of customer orders by securing and optimizing product flows across all sales channels.
• Participate in the planning and execution of commercial activations at local and national levels.
• Ensure proactive monitoring of operational forecasts and stock management, taking necessary corrective measures.
• Work in connection with QSCO teams to respond to supply chain quality requests.

You have:

• An excellent level of English
• An excellent level in Excel
• Analytical and project management skills

Salary: between €29,445 and €34,450 /year depending on experience and skills (Gross annual salary including the 13th-month bonus, based on a 35h full-time schedule). Your benefits, in addition to your salary:
