Who you are

• Customers are at the center of everything you do. You have a great interest in how people furnish their homes or their businesses.
• You have professional experience in sales and ideally already have knowledge of sales promotion and sales management techniques.
• You have a great interest in taking responsibility for projects within a given framework in your area and in developing professionally and personally.
• You have good communication skills and basic knowledge of English.

What your day looks like with us

• Together with your sales area team, you contribute to high customer satisfaction and increasing sales. To do this, you also use your knowledge of the various sales channels in the multichannel environment of IKEA.
• You work with interfaces from other specialist departments and support your Team Leader in active sales management, e.g., in sales activities, assortment changes, and the implementation of your goals.
• Together with the team, you ensure that your sales area always shows itself in top form: the assortment is presented attractively and the shelves are well-filled.
• You are familiar with all services available in the furnishing store and use them to ensure a well-rounded shopping experience for our customers.
