Who you are

• You have professional experience in the field of customer service or are a career changer with the desire to develop professionally and personally with IKEA.
• You enjoy working in a lively retail environment: for you, the customers and the service concept are at the center.
• You have good communication skills and basic knowledge of English. You ensure that customers feel completely at home at IKEA and can shop simply, conveniently, and in a family-friendly manner.

How your day looks with us

• In coordination with your Team Leader, you optimize the workflows in the checkout area and customer service.
• Together with your team, you implement measures to improve service in the store.
• You assist in the planning of personnel deployment.
