Software Developer - Electronic Trading

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and enhance high-performance trading systems using C++ and Python.
• Manage the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve system performance, reliability, scalability and architecture.
• Drive modernization initiatives involving cloud technologies, microservices, automation and AI-powered development tools.
• Support DevOps practices and improve system availability and operational efficiency.

SKILLS NEEDED

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing production-grade C++ applications and Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and programming fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of Linux and distributed systems, preferably microservices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Git or Jenkins will be advantageous.
