Store cum Service Technician

Job Description Manage inventory and Store

Sorting, picking and packing of materials Receive and issue inventory, pesticides and materials in accordance with SOP

Order inventory when low. Prepare CO2 cylinders for refill

Maintain proper records. Update stock movement in system, stock card and manage technician’s stock movement

Do stock count and conduct stock take

Drive and deliver goods. Plan travel routes and organise jobs in the most efficient manner 

Ensure store is tidy and kempt

Spend 50% managing the Store and 50% performing pest control work. Whenever there is a priority conflict, the management of store/ delivery always take priority

Ensure workplace Safety and Ready to Work Preparations

Plan pest management operations

Check that you have the right type and sufficient quantities of pesticide, PPE, tools & equipment Site assessment to determine scope of work

Execute Pest Management Services and take responsibility of work performed at client’s place

Provide post service work and record service reports, daily work reports and other work related forms in a detailed, accurate and timely manner

Raise Issues & Handle incidents by highlight in meeting and about any pest / treatment issue faced on the ground

Complete basic quality technical reports and pest inspections

Vehicle maintenance by ensuring vehicle is in a clean and neat state (vehicle’s internal and external) and be responsible for maintenance and servicing (for staff who are assigned a vehicle)

Any other duties as and when assigned
