Production Supervisor

• Control and manage production lines to meet company goals
• Oversee work quality in the production process to ensure standards are met
• Manage manpower and allocate employees appropriately according to the situation
• Oversee and prepare documents related to production
• Evaluate, monitor, and develop the skills of employees/supervisors
• Prepare production reports and report to the manager
• Follow up on tasks and execute assigned duties
• Comply with company rules and policies

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher At least 2 years of experience in manpower management At least 2 years of experience in electronics Basic English skills If trained in IATF 16949, will be given special consideration Able to work overtime and travel off-site Proficient in using Microsoft Office
