Operations & Data Specialists

IID A.E. has a long-standing presence in the Greek market, offering comprehensive digitization & electronic archiving services to businesses and organizations. In order to meet the requirements and challenges created by the rapid pace of the modern business, the company is steadily expanding, employing more than 1000 employees. As part of a new project, we are looking for Operations & Data Specialists who will join a specialized team for the management of banking files and data.

Main Responsibilities Contract Identification

Metadata Mapping and data entry into information systems Checking and Reconciliation of physical files with system data Data entry and verification with a high level of accuracy Management and control of documents and information Support of the Case Assignment process based on predefined instructions Management of large volumes of information and adherence to strict schedules Collaboration with project teams to ensure data quality and the correctness of entries

Required Qualifications: Previous experience in a banking organization, ideally in lending, loan management, arrears, or Back Office tasks

Very good knowledge of banking processes and banking file management Excellent knowledge of computer use and MS Office applications Familiarity with information systems and data management applications Ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and consistency Analytical thinking and attention to detail Good knowledge of English

Desired Qualifications Experience in Contract Identification, Metadata Mapping, or Data Reconciliation projects Previous experience in file, document, and data management projects Knowledge of Document Management or Workflow systems Ability to work in a demanding environment with high quality standards Benefits:
