Service Staff - Fulltime - Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol

As an Allround F&B Associate, you will work in our Signature Restaurant and our ‘XPLORE' Bar. You welcome our guests with a friendly and authentic approach and answer questions about the menu and the facilities. You work both in the morning and in the evening together with the Food & Beverage Team. Collaboration with your team and the kitchen is essential to be successful in your role and to deliver excellent service to our guests. Your day consists of:

• Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Serving food and drinks, including making recommendations (upselling).
• Helping in the ‘XPLORE' Bar by serving drinks to guests and keeping the bar clean and tidy.
• Delivering room service.
• Registering transactions in the Micros system.
• Keeping your workplace clean and organized.
• Taking care of the equipment used.
• Advising guests about the surroundings and activities.

• Have a passion for Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
• Are guest-oriented and love interacting with guests. Our goal is to provide excellent service.

• Can communicate in English and preferably also Dutch (extra languages are a plus).
