Responsibilities and assignments

• Lead, develop, and engage the IT team, promoting high performance, continuous training, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Define and execute the Information Technology strategy, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of servers, networks, systems, telephony, and the data processing environment.
• Plan, manage, and monitor IT projects, ensuring deliveries within scope, deadline, budget, and established quality standards.
• Administer the IT area budget, defining priorities and ensuring the best application of resources to meet business demands.
• Evaluate, propose, and conduct the implementation of new technologies, software and hardware solutions, aiming for innovation, operational efficiency, and increased competitiveness.
• Ensure information security, guaranteeing the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data, as well as the implementation of policies, controls, and contingency plans.
• Ensure the continuity of IT services through the management of contingency environments, backup, and periodic recovery tests.
• Act together with business areas to identify needs, gather requirements, and develop technological solutions that add value to operations.
• Manage area performance indicators, preparing management reports and proposing continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure the planning, development, maintenance, and support of corporate systems, ensuring their availability and evolution.
• Conduct analyses of technological trends, innovation, and feasibility of new projects, supporting the board's decision-making.
• Act in the resolution of critical problems, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and promoting the continuous improvement of IT processes and services.
• Ensure the availability of the technological resources necessary to meet company demands and sustain business growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and best practices of governance, security, and Information Technology management.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related areas.
• Completed Post-Graduation or MBA in related areas.
• Expertise in the complete cycle of implementation, maintenance, and evolution projects of the ERP TOTVS Protheus.
• Solid knowledge in systems architecture, information security, and project management.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Sorocaba/SP.
