handyman/woman

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team on a *contract basis*. This is an *on-demand position*, with work assigned as jobs become available. Compensation is *paid per job, not by the hour*.

This role will start as *part-time*, with the potential to grow into *full-time work* as job volume increases.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

• Experience assessing and quoting jobs is a strong asset
• Drywall patching, mudding, sanding, and taping
• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic carpentry and general repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Tile installation and repairs
• Ability to complete a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks

We're looking for a true *jack-of-all-trades* who takes pride in quality workmanship, works independently, and provides excellent customer service.

*Requirements:*

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own basic tools
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 ? 40.0 per week

Work Location: On the road
