RESERVATION OFFICER

Atain (formerly known as IGT Solutions) is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals with GDS experience to join our growing team in Alabang, Muntinlupa . As a Reservation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: Applicants must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan) No Call Center Experience required for this position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in English (written and verbal) Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
