We are looking to integrate a Jr. Sales Engineer into our team, with an interest in developing in the commercial and technical area, accompanying energy solution projects and building long-term relationships with our clients.

What are we looking for?

• Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• Degree and Professional License (Cédula Profesional).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in technical sales, projects, business development, or related areas.
• Interest in developing in consultative sales and technical solutions.
• Eloquence and good communication.
• Ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• 80% English.
• Availability for client visits and meetings.

What will be your challenge?

• Support the prospecting and development of new business opportunities.
• Identify the technical and commercial needs of clients.
• Provide advisory on energy generation and backup solutions.
• Follow up on commercial opportunities and emergency plant projects.
• Participate in technical and commercial visits with clients.
• Prepare budgets, proposals, and quotes.
• Follow up on the commercial cycle of projects.
• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients.
• Participate in events and commercial positioning activities.
