PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Who we are iGlass S.A., a leading Greek glass processing and trading industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to strengthen the production operations of its factory in B.I.P.E. Sindos. The role is for a professional with organizational thinking, dynamism, and the ability to coordinate people and production processes in a demanding industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of daily production operations
• Management of employee teams and allocation of tasks per shift
• Monitoring productivity, quality, and adherence to schedules
• Collaboration with Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance
• Ensuring the implementation of Health & Safety procedures
• Immediate handling of operational problems in production
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• Maintaining discipline, organization, and proper operation of the production area
• Training and support of new employees

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position in an industrial or production environment
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and decisiveness
• Ability to manage pressure and priorities
• Good knowledge of computer usage
• Good knowledge of English
• Shift work

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in the glass industry or related production activity
• Knowledge of basic production indicators (KPIs)
• Technical understanding of production processes
