Field Engineer

IFSAS A.E. operates in the Greek and Cypriot markets in the field of integrated Security, Fire Safety & Automation Systems, providing specialized high-technology solutions. It holds a leading position in the market and represents leading international houses. As part of its business development, the Company is seeking a Field Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Support for the execution of specialized technical tasks (installation, modification, testing of access control) as well as basic programming of Access control, Alarm, Fire Detection and CCTV systems and any other hardware related to security systems and the company's operations,
• Support in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of systems and/or equipment,
• Active participation in the preparation and testing of equipment - On Call technical support,
• Ensuring good relationships with customers and all staff members, at all levels,
• Adherence to procedures, instructions, and communication policies,
• Focus on results and taking initiative.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience (over 6 years) in the Security and Fire Safety systems industry with clear reference to specific projects participated in and the role held,
• Graduate of TEI or IEK of Technological direction with knowledge of Electronics / Informatics (Electrical Engineer of corresponding direction),
• Very good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written),
• Excellent knowledge of computer application handling (Operating System, Applications, Hardware),
• IEPYA Type B License (Security systems installer license),
• Category B Driver's License,
• Team spirit,
• Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking,
• Organization, responsibility, and good level of telephone communication.
