Your Daily Menu
Develop and evolve critical logistics tools
Act as a high-seniority individual contributor (IC), connecting data science and software engineering
Bring ML models to production with a focus on robustness, testability, and observability
Build and evangelize engineering best practices (unit and integrated tests, CI/CD, monitoring)
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to support technical and business decisions
Propose innovations and contribute to the long-term vision of logistics systems
Act transversally where there is the greatest technical need in the team
Ingredients we are looking for
Experience with cloud (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / IKS)
Experience putting ML models into production: pipelines, deploy, monitoring, and data integration
Strong engineering culture: unit tests, integrated tests, CI/CD, and code quality practices
Fluency in English (part of the interviews and communications with stakeholders occurs in English)
To Enhance the Flavor
Experience with simulation and route optimization
Familiarity with map and routing data (e.g., OpenStreetMap, distance matrices)
Track record of elevating engineering quality in data science teams
Proficiency in Rust
