Your Daily Menu
Manage complete payroll routines in Brazil including calculation, verification, and monthly closing.
Process vacations, 13th salary, and complex terminations ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Send and monitor eSocial events and perform adjustments and rectifications when necessary.
Administer ancillary obligations such as DCTFWeb and DIRF and calculate social charges INSS, FGTS, and IRRF.
Map manual and operational tasks, propose and implement automation solutions using artificial intelligence and prompt construction for process optimization.
Perform payroll data analysis to identify inconsistencies and generate performance indicators.
Manage global mobility processes including expatriation and repatriation, payroll, work visas, legal documentation, and administration of benefit packages for expatriates.
Integrate and align routines between payroll ERPs such as ADP and Deel, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Collaborate with tax and legal teams on international taxation themes, double taxation agreements, and Tax Equalization policies.
Support internal audits and inspection demands related to payroll.
Ingredients we seek
Mastery of Brazilian labor and social security legislation and the ability to apply regulatory changes in operations.
Advanced knowledge of eSocial and ancillary obligations and in social charge calculations.
Experience with payroll systems and ERPs such as ADP and Deel and the ability to ensure reliable integrations.
Ability to analyze large payroll databases and extract insights for process improvement.
Capacity to build prompts and apply AI solutions for automating repetitive tasks.
Knowledge of immigration, compensation, and international taxation processes including Shadow Payroll, Split Payroll, and Tax Equalization.
Fluent communication in English, written and verbal, for interaction with expatriates and international teams.
Participation in English proficiency tests as part of the process.
Results-oriented mindset with 80/20 ambidexterity focus and an ownership attitude to prioritize and deliver impact.
Collaborative work with the ability to participate in productive conflicts and articulate solutions with multiple areas.
Previous experience in complex global mobility projects and administration of expatriate packages.
To Enhance the Flavor:
Advanced Spanish.
Knowledge of SQL or scripting languages for automation and data analysis such as Python.
Familiarity with RPA tools and process automation.
