Finance Manager

📌 Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Manage full set of accounts and monthly financial closing

Prepare financial statements, cashflow, and management reports

Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management

Revenue & WIP Management Handle revenue recognition (POC / milestone basis)

Monitor project budgets vs actual costs

Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP), accruals, and deferred income

Ensure proper matching of project revenue and costs

Cashflow & Treasury Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts

Manage working capital and funding requirements

Liaise with banks on facilities, BG, and financing

Billing & AR Control Ensure timely invoicing and DO endorsement

Monitor collections, outstanding AR, and retention recovery

Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST regulations

Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules

Human Resources Oversee HR functions including payroll, staff records, and compliance
