Sales Representative
Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Visit hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres and other relevant healthcare facilities regularly. Introduce IfeanHealth's prosthetic and orthotic services to doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, hospital administrators and other healthcare professionals. Generate qualified patient leads and referral opportunities. Follow up consistently on leads from initial contact through consultation and conversion. Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
Hospital & Referral Network Development: Build strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers. Identify hospitals and healthcare professionals with potential for regular referrals. Establish and maintain referral relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses and relevant hospital departments. Organise or support clinical visits, product demonstrations and awareness sessions where required. Ensure healthcare professionals understand IfeanHealth's services and know how to refer potential patients.
Product & Service Promotion: Clearly communicate the features, benefits and applications of IfeanHealth's prosthetic and orthotic solutions. Use approved company materials, patient stories, videos, demonstrations and other resources to support sales activities. Attend healthcare events, conferences, exhibitions and professional meetings when required. Represent IfeanHealth professionally at all times.
Customer & Patient Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers. Follow up on referred patients and support the conversion process in collaboration with the clinical team. Maintain good relationships with patients, healthcare professionals and referral partners. Escalate customer concerns and feedback to the appropriate internal team
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
