Your tasks

Support and mentor students through individual and group guidance, coordinate engagement activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress and implement interventions under the UPLIFT programme.

• Mentor students individually and in small groups to provide tailored guidance and support for academic and personal development
• Support students facing challenges in attendance, motivation, behavior, and academic engagement to improve their school participation
• Coordinate and facilitate student engagement activities, life skills workshops, and enrichment programmes under the UPLIFT initiative
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school support teams to monitor student progress and coordinate timely interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential student engagement records and prepare progress reports to track outcomes and inform stakeholders

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma qualification minimum
• At least 1 year of experience engaging, supporting, or managing children and youths

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Skills in student mentoring, programme facilitation, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with patience, empathy, and responsibility
• Organisational and documentation skills to monitor student progress and prepare reports

Other Information Working Hours

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Wednesday & Friday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 30 minutes daily (included in scheduled hours)
