Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC) - #Runway #Airport
Roles & Responsibilities Supervise site safety, housekeeping and safe execution of works. Review risk assessments, method statements and ensure compliance with MOM/WSH and airport safety requirements. Conduct safety inspections, investigate incidents/infringements and prepare safety reports. Maintain daily safety records, toolbox meeting records, inspection records and site filing. Ensure excavation and hot works are carried out with approved permits and proper supervision. Coordinate with CAG/contractors on emergency response, safety meetings and airside safety matters. For airside works, inspect FOD, work boundaries, vehicle/personnel movements and compliance with AOS requirements. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as WSHC , preferably in airside, airport runway/taxiway, aerodrome infrastructure or similar operating environments. WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Level B) or equivalent. BCSS certificate . bizSAFE Level 2 / Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan certification Certified in Occupational First Aid . Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
