Your tasks

Deliver ICT, multimedia, coding, photography, and video editing training to students and staff while providing multimedia production and AV support for school events and maintaining the school website.

• Deliver ICT, multimedia, coding, photography, and video editing training to students and staff to enhance digital literacy and skills
• Provide photography, videography, and multimedia production support for school events to ensure high-quality visual content
• Maintain and update the school website by creating and managing graphics, banners, and digital content to keep information current and engaging
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment to support smooth execution of school ICT activities and events
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and students to facilitate training and multimedia support activities

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, preferably in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant expertise with at least 3 years of experience
• Proficient in ICT training tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Scratch, or MakeCode
• Skilled in photography, videography, multimedia editing, and basic AV troubleshooting
• Strong English communication and training delivery skills to engage diverse learners

Other Information Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
• Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
