M&E Coordinator - Kallang Sector
Your tasks
Scope
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) works according to project specifications and drawings.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress to ensure works are completed on schedule.
- Review M&E drawings and coordinate with other trades to resolve clashes.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports and documentation.
- Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely completion of works.
Requirements
- Minimum BCA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
- Experience handling HDB BTO projects from commencement to final handover.
- Good knowledge of M&E systems, construction drawings, and site coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
