Your tasks

Deliver ICT training and support to primary school students and staff, design publicity materials, manage audiovisual support for events, and maintain ICT/AVA equipment and school digital systems.

• Plan and deliver ICT training sessions for Primary 1–6 students and school staff to enhance digital skills and use of EdTech tools
• Design and produce school publicity materials including posters and brochures, applying photo and video editing skills
• Provide ICT and audiovisual support for school events, managing photography, videography, and sound systems to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain and troubleshoot ICT and AVA equipment to ensure functionality and reliability
• Assist in managing school digital systems such as digital signage, timetabling, and booking systems for efficient school operations

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Educational qualification in IT, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting ICT training for primary school students
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, photo and video editing, graphic design, and educational technology tools
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Java, website development, and ICT troubleshooting
• Additional ICT certifications are advantageous
