Civil Engineer - Tampines

Your tasks

Scope

1. Supervise and coordinate daily civil and structural (C&S) works at the construction site.
2. Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, materials, and site activities to meet project schedules.
5. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and BCA requirements.
6. Identify and resolve site issues, technical discrepancies, and construction-related problems.
7. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other project documentation.
8. Ensure proper coordination of site works, timely completion of activities, and handover in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in civil engineering and construction site supervision.
• Experience handling HDB BTO or building construction projects is an advantage.
