Requirements

• Previous experience in Collections or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures & collection techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Problem-solving mindset
• High School diploma required
