AI Marketing Associate – B2B Creative Marketing

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.

Strong hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools and AI-assisted marketing.

Understanding of AI agents, agentic workflows, automation, and AI-powered marketing platforms.

Experience creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of social media marketing and analytics.

Experience with marketing analytics and interpreting performance data.

Ability to use AI to improve productivity, creativity, engagement, and lead generation.

Strong communication, writing and editing skills in English.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to learn new AI platforms quickly and experiment with emerging technologies.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

B2B marketing experience.

Experience with AI lead-generation tools.

Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.

Experience with social media analytics, Zoho CRM, APIs, workflow automation, SEO/SEM, and AI-generated content.
