Your Tasks

• Responsibility for all HR processes and systems within the area of responsibility
• Advising managers within the area of responsibility on all HR topics, as well as advising managers and providing operational steering during organizational changes
• Ensuring all tasks of personnel support and recruiting within the area of responsibility
• Cooperation with the Betriebsrat within the framework of tasks and HR projects
• Processing of relevant project topics

Your Profile

• Completed degree (Master/FH) with a specialization in Human Resources Management
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Arbeitsrecht, working time systems, and SAP
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient use of all MS Office applications
• Proactive, committed personality
• High level of commitment and great independence
• Assertiveness and strong persuasiveness as well as a reliable demeanor
