For our renowned customer from the industrial sector, we are looking for an Operational Buyer (m/f/d) at the Bad Schussenried location at the earliest possible date. You can expect a varied field of tasks, modern working conditions, and the opportunity to spend part of your working time in a home office. The assignment is initially planned for at least six months, with very good chances of extension.

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring material supply in terms of requirements, quantities, and deadlines
  • Planning and control of materials
  • Operational support of suppliers regarding delivery dates, order processing, and complaints
  • Monitoring and implementation of drawing changes
  • Responsibility for stocks and their optimization
  • Maintenance and updating of master data as well as planning parameters
  • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external business partners

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in purchasing or material planning is desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Infor LN
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
