Logistics Assistant

Job Responsibilities Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various medical stores

Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date

Ensure that supplies are stored and classified properly 

Ensure data is accurately recorded in system, and delivery is arranged

Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks 

Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements

Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements Minimum ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level or equivalent

Preferably 2 years of relevant experience

Tech savvy, proficient in Computer Literacy

Experience with regular stock count using handheld scanner, or other devices preferred

Candidate must be willing to work in a hospital environment

Do note that this is a yearly contract role
