• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience

Other

• Location: CDMX (Periférico, Reforma, or Boturini).
• Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site and 2 WFH).
• Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development with Java.
• Advanced conversational English proficiency is indispensable.
• Solid experience in Java and Spring Boot, preferably Java 17+.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical leadership and architectural decision-making.
• Experience as a manager or systems manager in financial/banking sector projects during the last 2-3 years.
• Experience managing teams of 10 to 20 consultants.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, TDD, and DDD.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, preferably in production.
• Knowledge of Kafka Streams (desirable).
• Experience with MongoDB or any other NoSQL database.
