IT Project Manager · Modality: Remote, Mexico. *Opportunity for MX only.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency.
• PMI Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing software projects.
• Experience in EC Payroll projects (desirable).
• Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously, as well as effective stakeholder management.
• Experience in personnel administration.
• Knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experience in software project management.
• Knowledge of integrations between systems.
• General knowledge of DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience working with Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, and PMI methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAFe (desirable).
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, influence, conflict resolution, and effective presentation skills.
