Microservices Technical Leader - Hybrid

IDS Comercial is looking for a talented and passionate Java Technical Leader!

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with exceptional skills in Java, Maven, Spring, Microservices, Scrum, and the ability to lead teams and technical projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Leader with a focus on Java
• Intern or Bachelor's in Informatics, Computer Engineering or related
• English B2 (conversational)

Technical Knowledge:

• Java (17+),
• Spring Boot,
• Maven/Gradle,
• TDD, DDD patterns.
• Confluent Kafka (topics, partitions, consumer groups),
• Schema Registry (Avro/JSON Schema/Protobuf).
• Kafka Streams, MongoDB.

Desirable:

• Knowledge in the Wealth Management business
