Senior Java JBPM / BPMN Developer

We are looking for a JBPM Developer with solid experience in the design, development, and maintenance of BPM solutions to join our team.

• Modality: Hybrid (attendance according to schedule or project criticality)
• Location: Los Alpes, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX.
• Schedule: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Project duration: 6 months.
• English: Basic.
• Experience: 7 years in software development, with solid experience in JBPM and BPM solutions.

Key knowledge and skills:

• Design, development, and maintenance of BPM solutions with JBPM.
• Modeling complex processes using BPMN 2.0, User Task, Script Task, Gateways, Timers, variables, and subprocesses.
• Experience with Java, POO, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Administration of Business Central and KieServer, including projects, processes, forms, deployments, instances, logs, users, and groups.
• Design of process integrations through REST APIs and KieServer endpoints.
• Handling of Git, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jira for collaborative development and dependency management.
• Experience in Code Review, bug and blocker correction, as well as identification and mitigation of vulnerabilities with SonarQube.
• Performance analysis, BPM process optimization, and participation in technical estimations and impact analysis.
• Experience defining standards, best practices, and BPM solutions in collaboration with architects and technical leaders.
• Desirable: knowledge in architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, deployment automation, complex integrations, and technical leadership.
