Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

The company operates in the fashion, retail, ecommerce, and wholesale sectors. We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our team and contribute to the next phase of the company's growth.

The mission of the role The Logistics & Supply Chain Manager coordinates imports, receipts, storage, distributions, shipments, and returns, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely service.

Main responsibilities Plans and monitors inbound and outbound flows, receipts, picking, packing, and shipments.

Coordinates warehouse, courier/carriers, customs, and external logistics partners.

Ensures inventory accuracy, correct recording of movements, and regular stock reconciliations.

Implements product distributions to stores and ecommerce based on commercial priorities.

Monitors lead times, transport costs, discrepancies, damages, delays, and claims.

Organizes physical receipt and the inspection of returns.

Develops KPIs and proposes improvements to processes, systems, and partnerships.

Required Qualifications: Required qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or retail distribution.

Good knowledge of ERP/WMS and very good use of Excel.

Understanding of inventory control, transport, and basic import/customs procedures.

Ability to solve problems under time pressure and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Very good organizational skills, consistency, and attention to detail.

Good knowledge of English.
