Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Our company operates in the fashion, retail, e-commerce, and wholesale sectors. We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager for our warehouse in Argyroupoli, with a daily physical presence on-site. The ideal candidate will play an active role in the daily operation of the warehouse and will ensure the smooth, timely, and accurate movement of products to stores, e-commerce, and wholesale customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Organization and coordination of daily warehouse operations
• Monitoring inbound and outbound flows
• Management of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipments
• Coordination of partnerships with couriers, shipping companies, and customs
• Ensuring the correct entry of all movements into the system
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and conducting regular stocktakes
• Preparation and execution of product distributions to stores and e-commerce, according to commercial priorities
• Management of returns and reverse logistics
• Monitoring the timely execution of orders
• Collaboration with the Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, and Financial Management departments
• Identification of process issues and proposal of practical improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain position, preferably in the retail or fashion sector
• Experience in inventory management and receiving and shipping processes
• Good knowledge of ERP or WMS and very good use of Excel
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and correctly prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and orientation towards accuracy
• Ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment
• Team spirit, responsibility, and consistency
• Good knowledge of English
