ERP & Business Applications Project Manager (M/F)

Your missions: As part of the deployment of the new Sage X3 Production ERP, you will also participate in the maintenance and evolution of business tools.

ERP Project:

• Participate in the integration project of our ERP: implementation of the solution, preparation and transfer

of data from Divalto to Sage X3 (in close collaboration with another experienced project manager).

• Support users during the acceptance, startup, and stabilization phases.
• Train teams on best practices and the optimal use of the ERP.

Functional and technical support and continuous improvement:

• Respond to technical and functional incidents reported by users.
• Listen to users to better understand their needs.
• Manage improvement requests.

Strategic application IT projects:

• Participate in the deployment of the group's strategic application IT projects.
• Contribute to IT-PLC interfaces, EDI, RFE, reporting, and other business applications projects...
• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders on the assigned application topics.

Required skills:

• ERP in industry, ideally Sage X3: migration, user assistance, deployment, training, and

business support.

• Business knowledge: production, sales management, logistics.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL language, and Management Studio.
• Ability to write technical documents, operating modes, procedures, and user support materials.
• Understanding of how interfacing between applications works. Sense of pedagogy and

change management.

• Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in professional English.
