Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in electromecánica to join our team at IDH. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and directing maintenance operations to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities. Your role will involve supervising maintenance technicians, planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and resolving complex technical problems. You must maintain a high level of technical knowledge in electromecánica to lead and advise the maintenance team. Additionally, you will be the link between the maintenance teams and the production departments to ensure operational continuity.

Requisitos:

• Previous experience as a supervisor or maintenance technician with knowledge in electromecánica.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced knowledge in diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.
