IFA Administrator / Paraplanner

I'm working with a well-established, award-winning independent financial planning firm in Worcester that has built an excellent reputation over many years for providing high-quality, genuinely personal financial advice. The business has a strong focus on long-term client relationships and is continuing to grow, while retaining a friendly, close-knit and supportive team environment. You'll work alongside experienced Financial Advisers and a knowledgeable support team, gaining broad exposure across the financial planning process rather than being restricted to one area.

The role

You'll work closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, with responsibilities including:

• Managing Adviser workflows, cases and client actions through Intelliflo
• Preparing for client reviews and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting new business and liaising with providers
• Preparing review and client documentation
• Supporting research across pensions, investments and protection
• Assisting with cashflow modelling and financial planning
• Processing pensions, investments, transfers, withdrawals and fund switches
• Liaising with clients, Advisers and providers
• Progressing outstanding actions and ensuring cases are completed efficiently
• Providing general support to Advisers across the client journey

About you

You'll ideally have:

• Strong hands-on Intelliflo/Intelligent Office experience - essential
• Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
• Experience supporting Financial Advisers
• Good knowledge of pensions and investments
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
